Starter Supplies: We provide a few essential items to get you started, including hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo, and conditioner. House Rules: 🚭 No Smoking Allowed 🐾 No Pets Allowed 🎉 No Parties or Events Allowed 🔇 Quiet Hours: Please adhere to quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors, who are families living there full-time. Safety Features: There are locks on all gates and doors accessing the pool area. These need to be latched at all times. There is no additional pool or hot tub fencing. Children must be accompanied at all times. For the safety of our home and guests, there is a video doorbell installed at the front door. Heating & Cooling: Smart thermostats control the heating and cooling within set comfort and energy-saving parameters. Flexibility to adjust the temp within these parameters is available. Property Information: City of Phoenix Regulations: This property cannot be used for purposes identified in City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). Please note, that guests may be liable for up to $2,000 to cover the costs of police response to the property, pursuant to Section 2-22 of the Phoenix City Code. I stayed at Lincoln and Shannon’s place while in Scottsdale for business and was so impressed by every aspect of the experience. The home was immaculate, well-designed, and had everything we needed to work comfortably and relax at the end of the day. The Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful yet convenient. Lincoln and Shannon provided excellent recommendations for dining and the house was close to everything we needed. Lincoln and Shannon were responsive and thoughtful throughout. I would absolutely choose to stay here again, whether for work or a future personal trip. Thanks again!

From start to finish, this was one of the BEST Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We absolutely loved our stay at Shannon and Lincoln‘s home. The home was spotless and the hosts were incredibly responsive to our questions. We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home in Scottsdale! The space was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying a morning coffee. The pool is big! My husband and I enjoyed doing laps everyday and the kiddos had a blast jumping in. The layout was great with one king bed bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house. And the very large primary and 3 others on the other side. Everything we needed for our kids, pack n play and high chair for the baby, pool toys, books, games and coloring for the bigger kids. Check-in was smooth, and Lincoln and Shannon were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Scottsdale!

Great place for a family vacation! We had a group of 10 (6 adults, 2 children, and 2 seniors) and the property had plenty of space and many things for everyone to enjoy. 5 star, well stocked with basic amenities, comfy beds, clean. Great communication. Would stay again.

We had the best time at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean and organized and spacious enough to fit all 11 of us. The place was exactly as described and was equipped with everything we needed! We really loved the backyard and enjoyed having dinner outside (string lights made it so cute!) The host was fantastic — super welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Communication was so easy, and everything was exactly as promised. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place! We will be back for any future girls trip in Scottsdale! Thank you for a memorable stay!!!

Elegant, new, and luxurious—this was the perfect spot for our family reunion and my mom’s unforgettable 80th birthday weekend. The layout was ideal for our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 teens), with spacious rooms, comfy beds, & a private nook for our college-aged nephew. Everything in the home was high-end and thoughtfully designed. The pool felt like a 5-star boutique hotel, & we used every amenity. At one point during the bday cookout, I saw pool basketball, burgers on the grill, a putting green competition, and margaritas by the fire pit all filled with laughter. When it cooled off, the party moved to the open space inside for a birthday sing-along around the huge island. It was magic. We loved how close we were to groceries, shopping at Kierland, & Spring Training stadiums (go Guardians!). Shannon & Lincoln were incredible hosts—everything was turnkey, and their suggestions made our stay even better. This house helped us create the kind of memories you never forget. We’re so grateful!
