Starter Supplies: We provide a few essential items to get you started, including hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo, and conditioner. House Rules: 🚭 No Smoking Allowed 🐾 No Pets Allowed 🎉 No Parties or Events Allowed 🔇 Quiet Hours: Please adhere to quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors, who are families living there full-time. Safety Features: There are locks on all gates and doors accessing the pool area. These need to be latched at all times. There is no additional pool or hot tub fencing. Children must be accompanied at all times. For the safety of our home and guests, there is a video doorbell installed at the front door. Heating & Cooling: Smart thermostats control the heating and cooling within set comfort and energy-saving parameters. Flexibility to adjust the temp within these parameters is available. Property Information: City of Phoenix Regulations: This property cannot be used for purposes identified in City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). Please note, that guests may be liable for up to $2,000 to cover the costs of police response to the property, pursuant to Section 2-22 of the Phoenix City Code.
